Conflict welding can be divided into two types: continuous drive conflict welding and inertial conflict welding. Conflict welding driven by motor: one workpiece is rotated, and the other workpiece is pressed to the rotating workpiece together, so that the contact surface conflicts with each other and produces heat and plastic deformation. Then the rotation is stopped and the upsetting pressure is applied to complete the welding. Welding quality is related to rotational speed, conflict time, conflict pressure, upsetting pressure and upsetting deformation. (2) Inertial conflict welding: the flywheel is driven by a motor to reach the required speed. The friction welding machine then presses a workpiece to the rolling workpiece clamped on the flywheel shaft. The conflict resistance between the workpieces reduces the flywheel speed and converts the kinetic energy of the flywheel into the heat energy required for welding. Welding quality is related to flywheel inertia moment, speed and upsetting force. Conflict welding machines used in conflict welding include drive system (inertial conflict welding machines also include flywheels) and pressure equipment. The automatic welding machine also has the upper and lower material equipment, the flying edge equipment and the parameter automatic monitoring system.
Conflict welding machine is a kind of machine that uses the heat generated by the conflicting ends of the workpiece to make it reach the plastic state, and then upsetting to finish welding. When turning a workpiece, chips are often firmly adhered to the tool head, and when the smoothness between the axle and bearing bush is not good, some welding will occur. Conflict welding is created from these phenomena. It is usually caused by the voltage of the power grid or internal short circuit. Replace the rectifier bridge when the internal short circuit is swept away. When dealing with the faults of copper-aluminium friction welding machine on the spot, it is necessary to check the status of user's power grid, such as grid voltage, equipment polluted by welding machine, etc.
